I arrived during the super busy lunch rush but there was no wait right then. Five minutes later, the line is out the door. Oops. The lunch special was completely keto unfriendly. It beats up keto in the schoolyard and takes its lunch money. It was chips and salsa to start. Warm chips and a wet salsa that I somehow didn't wear. Main course took about five minutes - two enchiladas with rice and beans. I chose both green and red sauce and it was great. “ We ate at this gem twice while in Ruidoso. We have been all over Mexico eating different regional food and this is some of the best Mexican food I have ever had. The Green chile sauce is fantastic. On our last visit we had Chili Rellenos Burrito and suiza enchiladas. The caramel stuffed Churro is also off the charts. The service is excellent. The Margaritas are made with agave wine and are very unique. Go there and go again. ”
